Reverse Transfer Lines of Date from Worksheet to Worksheet

My workbook contains two tabs. The Transaction Mapping tab provides a place for users to input certain information that will then auto-populate another worksheet, Upload (Currently), to create a journal entry to be uploaded into our accounting system.

As you can see, there is currently a Line to Line relationship between the Transaction Mapping and Upload (Currently) worksheets which I have populated using various formulas. In both of these worksheets, the total is at the bottom of the transaction grouping. I have now been informed that the total line needs to be the first line of the transaction of the journal entry (See Upload (Should Be)). I have highlighted the detail lines in red and the total lines in purple to help distinguish between then.

Therefore, I am asking assistance in how I can achieve this. I have searched the various forums, but cannot find a solution that fits. I appreciate any help that you can give me. Also, if you find some of my other formulas can be simplified, please do not hesitate to comment on that as well.
