How to sumif for 12 months data

Dear ALL

Please help me to find a formula to sum the value of the monthly data into yearly. For example in B18 column, I want to add all the values B2 and M2 and B19 should add up M3 to Y2 and so on.

I have attached the file for you.

Using your posted workbook,
this regular formula, copied across and down, returns the sum of data values where
the Name matches the referenced Col_A name
and the Row_1 dates are in the referenced Row_18 year
