index match issues

Hi all,

Thank you in advance for your help with my problem. I am attaching a sample document to better describe my problem. Essentially, I am trying to take data from a table and put it in a smaller table based on an Athlete's name that is selected from a drop-down menu. This is done in an effort to cut down on the amount of graphs I have to put in my excel book.

More specifics:
In "P2" there is a drop-down menu of athlete names. The athlete name corresponds to the table that is on the far right. I have done my index match formulas in the table that I wish to use, which starts in cell "N4"

It seems to work, but if I change the athlete name, I receive the #REF error.

Not sure how I can fix this, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
