Unhappy Populate cell with contents of a row if they are all different?

I'm not too sure how to explain my problem so first of all - apologies! I'll try my best.

I have a product in cell A2 and all the columns from E2 onwards are populating with possible prices for this. Most of them just say #N/A N/A.

I then have a check at the end of this to show if all of the cells say #N/A N/A. If they do, then it will say 'All the same.' However, sometimes one of the columns may come up with a price (eg. 108.2) and it will say 'Not' to show that one of the cells is different.
    =IF(COUNTA(E2:AW2)=0,"",IF(MAX(E2:AW2)=(SUM(E2:AW2)/COUNTA(E2:AW2)),"All the same","Not"))

Therefore, if it says 'Not' then I want it to populate from these columns - the cell that has the price in it. The current formula I'm using is: =IF(AX2="NOT",MIN(E2,AW2),MAX(E2:AW2)) but it's not working..

Does this make any sense? Hope someone can help!

    =IF(AW8="NOT",LOOKUP(TRUE,ISNUMBER(D8:AV8),D8:AV8),MAX(D8:AV8))
    Try this instead
    =IF(AW8="NOT",MIN(D8,AV8),MAX(D8:AV8))
