Help with a formula to populate one cell based on the contents of a chart

I am attaching a sample of the spreadsheet I am working on.

I am hoping to find a formula for cell B2 that will say if cell A2 is equal to an activity in the chart I have called "Benchmark Hours Chart" in range range J3 - J7 then B2 will equal the benchmark hours for that activity in the range K3 - K7

I am having a lot of problems with this and would appreciate any help I can get.

    Thanks in advance!

    Try:

    =SUMIF($J$3:$J$7,A2,$K$3:$K$7)
Where there is a will there are many ways.
