Trouble comparing two dates and formatting if less than one year out.

Hello everyone and thank you for the assistance in advance.

I have two columns that contain dates. I am trying to highlight any dates in Date 2 column that are a within a year out of Date 1.
What I need is to format and highlight any cell in Date 2 column that is less than Date 1 column's date plus 12 months or 365 days.

    Date 1 Date 2 Comments
    2014/11/25 2015/08/21 Date 2 should be highlighted
    2016/05/13 2016/12/13 Date 2 should be highlighted
2016/09/17 2018/01/05 Date 2 should not be highlighted
2015/08/19 2016/09/16 Date 2 should not be highlighted

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
    Thank you
    Blair

To let us know whether it is a Real date or Text Date, I request you to show in excel file

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.

Thank you for the timely response. I am having a bit of trouble working your solution into my document so I have attached a cleansed copy of the workbook with some example dates.

Thank you greatly for your time and support.
