Conditional Formatting - Formula to Compare Three Sets of Numbers - Take 2

    Hi

Further to the question I asked on 23/11, I have tried to adjust the following formula to check for numbers in common between three sets of data that are not in a single column. See the attached spreadsheet.

I want a formula that compares each number in Set C with the numbers in Set A and Set B. If the number in Set C is also in Set A and Set B, then the cell containing the number in Set C is coloured red using conditional formatting.

I've adjusted the formula I was given on 23/11, but it doesn't work:
    =AND(MATCH(J2,$A$2:$F$5,0),MATCH(J2,$A$9:$D$15,0))
but I can’t get it to work.

Can someone help me with the correct formula?

    Hi Alan,

Here you go. I used CountIf instead of Match.. See the attached.
