Bringing back words in quotation marks in a cell

Does anyone know a formula I can use to bring back any words in quotation marks in a cell? For example, my cell contains the following text:

HANSEN 7 ASSET DESCRIPTION COMMENTS: SEAT - ENGLISH HARDWOOD WITH PROTECTIONAL PAINT, LOCATED IN UG-GEO-FRIENDSHIP LAWN. PLAQUE ATTACHED TO SEAT "DONATED FOR JOHANNES THEODORUS DONS".

I want to do a formula that says IF the cell contains quotation marks, bring back the information between those quotation marks, therefore I should end up with DONATED FOR JOHANNES THEODORUS DONS. If easier then a formula that says IF the cell contains "Plaque", bring back the words contained in between the quotation marks......

    Thanks
    Emma

With your source text in cell A1
this regular formula returns the text between the first set of quotation marks

Is that something you can work with?

You could do text to columns using " as the delimiter.

    Another approach (enter in B1):

    =MID(A1,FIND("""",A1)+1,FIND("""",A1,FIND("""",A1)+1)-FIND("""",A1)-1)
