Changing column variable on a copied formula instead of row variable

So I have some data that I have totals at the bottom of each column of data. I'm trying to copy the reference to another sheet but on the other sheet the values are going to be listed vertically. This first picture the values in blue are the sums of the columns. I need to copy that value on to the second picture but vertically. I've copied the value onto the second sheet and ideally would like to just lock the row variable and drag the cell down to populate the total in each new cell. If I need to I can reword that, but does anyone know how to make the column variable (the letter in the cell reference) change instead of the row(the # reference).

This could be accomplished using the offset or range in VBA. However, I need to see the data (vague data however in the exact format in an excel sheet)
