Excel does not evaluate a formula. The same formula, character for
character, works fine in a different date. I can find no differences
between their properties.
1) Does anyone know what causes this?
2) Does anyone know why there is no reference to this message in any
Microscoft help or assistance, although the message is generated by Excel?

I don't know the 'why', I haven't really looked at what the formula is doing..
But a commonality/difference between the ones that are working and the ones that don't...
The ones that don't work are Weekend Dates (Saturday-Sunday)
The ones that DO work, or non weekends (Monday - Friday)
What exactly is the formula supposed to be doing?
The results (not an examination of the formula) seem to indicate it's just subtracting the 2 date/times and returning the number of hours between the 2.
