If chosen text from validation list is deleted display a text

Hi all....my workbook has a data validation list.
I require your help in:
If a user will choose from the list and if he tries to delete the chosen text "Hey!" is displayed.
I want this only for sheet1 not for the whole workbook.
Any formulas to do this?

Any help is appreciated.Thanks in advance

Copy the below code and do right click on sheet tab and select view code and paste it.

Close the VBA window (Alt+Q to close VBA window) and return to that sheet and check.

but i don't want the text to be displayed in a message box<i want the text to be displayed in the cell itself.
