Formula with multiple IFs and VLOOKUPS, trying to add an OR!

Hi guys,

Looking for some help with a formula that currently looks to see if a cell that starts with an "A", then performs a lookup. I would like it to look for an "A" or "B", but I am unsure how I can add this to my formula....
