in Excel after VLookup how to go back find same item the one you link with Vlookup

in excel 2010, after we do Vlook up, large file , is there a way to go and find the fasted way if you click to excel cell the one we link with Vlook up , it can show up where this info was link from, instead of
searching from, because we have large file, if some one ask where this info came from , they want to see the detail , we have to go back that file and find that item .

is there any easy way, where its Vlook up is link , there we can do something , it can take us back to same item and show the back up

can some one answer this , I am not sure if my question is clear or not

please let me know if its confusing
