I would like to show the percent difference of pricing between two columns with cells in the same row.

Well, what cell you put the formula in is rather dependent on where your data is, and what values are in the cells.
I simply copied and pasted your data into column A, used Text to Columns to split it into columns A and B, and then put the formula in cell C1 and copied it down.
If you are getting #Value errors, it may be that your numbers are actually text.
I suggest that you upload a sample workbook to the forum, rather then me (or anyone else) trying to guess what and where your data is.
