Post Value Based on several criteria on another cell

Hey guys I've posted my template for this problem.

Basically, what I want is to complete my table on "List of Employee" sheet based on the values of "Table" sheet.
This includes the "MIN", "MAX", "Percentage" and "Excess" columns.

But I can't seem to make my formulas work.

Oh I forgot!
The value of "Income" column should be in between the "MIN" and "MAX" columns
