Index(Match) with 2 criteria, one of which is approximate

Hello.

I have a data set of percentiles corresponding to scores.
I have another data set of actual scores. I need to find the correct percentile and match it with a given score.
The rub is that there is not one row for each percentile, so the percentile has to be selected if the score is greater than or equal to it.

Please see the attached workbook for sample data.

I'm not sure what is in which column.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.
