How to categorize data columns into a table/chart

Simply i have to create the graphic (shown in ro.jpg) in asthmatable.xls data set(have to categorize average missing days for both female/male employees who uses medication and who doesn't. so there are 2 categories and for each category there are 2 additional categories. Don't know if it's propriate to ask such huge helps but worth to give it a try. I'll try to figure/examine out from formulas that you'll be using in afterwards. Thanks for your help.

Are you saying you need to recreate the image above using the data in the workbook?

Yep, exactly, so far i could just calculate the average missing days separately because don't know how to categorize them with formulas, so there are just males and females in my graphic.

    edit: feeling so noob u.u

The image was created using the "Pivot Chart" option in Excel. No formulas are needed. It took me about 5 seconds to recreate the same chart.

Have a look at this link which will walk you through how to create these charts.
