Bank Deposit Formula

I recently downloaded a printable bank deposit which would be a great help since I deposit quite a few checks and this eliminates handwriting them. This formula is a little too complicated and I was wondering is someone can help me to translate it. The only problem I have with it is the fact that this only adds up the checks, if there is cash included in the deposit, it doesn't count it in the total.

Attached is the deposit slip.

Thanks so much for your answer. The one thing I forgot to ask is how do you convert the cents into 00 when the dollar amount is a whole number?

I have the same issue with this one, it does not add the coin or cents downward.
