How do you calculate Square Foot in a formula

Hello,

I have been working for days trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong with this formula. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have attached a spread sheet and inside the spreadsheet you will see a cell highlighted in red that will explain my issue.
