Extract data greater than a count of 1

Hi I have a spreadsheet where in column A the number sometimes repeats. I would like to extract only that data if possible.

Attached is a spreadsheet where I have highlighted in red those that I would like to extract.

    Thank you

what do you mean when you say "extract" are you wanting a list of these producing or have the duplicate items removed from the list?

Also is this a one-off task ie you're looking to clean up the data you have or something that will happen very regularly?

What determines those numbers to select?

hi i would like to create a list of any item where the no. in the REF column repeats. This something that will be used on a fairly regular basis, and the data may run to 2000 or 3000 rows.

Try this Array Formula which requires confirmation with Ctrl+Shift+Enter instead of Enter alone.

and then copy across to G2 and down until you get blank cells.

Is this what you are trying to achieve?
