    HELP - Im Trying to match my customer id numbers from different speadsheets

    I have different spreadsheets - the same customer id numbers but they do not line up. some rows are missing so I cant just cut and paste. I was thinking of writing a logical formula
    like, if the customer id's match, then copy this data and paste it here... something like that.. dumb idea?
    Another idea??

    Use VLOOKUP or INDEX/MATCH.
