Customer numbers should refer to name, adress, city

Hello,

I need to find a function that takes a value eg. "5068", and then fills a number of cells with information such as Name, City and adress.
I have around 10-15 customer numbers. Each customer number should refer to the customers name city and adress.
Take a look at the attached test document.

In your attached sheet, where is your source data? You just showed the desired output but no lookup table or source data from where you want to extract the desired information on Sheet1.
