    WOW Mr "oeldere"
Yes, I want this, but I could not understand this formula
    =LAATSTE.DAG(C3-1,24)+1
    And This is formula too
    =TEXT(E5,"jjjj-mm-dd")&" "&TEXT(F5,"uu:mm AM/PM")
    Because I use Office 2003

Those seem to be localized formulas in Dutch language... Try these:

    =EOMONTH(C3-1,24)+1

    =TEXT(E5,"yyyy-mm-dd")&" "&TEXT(F5,"hh:mm AM/PM")

It didn't change them for me, those two cells reported errors, and only when I edited them, they displayed values...

I forgot about Office 2003, but quick Google search says that this function should be available in 2003, too, after activating Analysis Toolpak Addin; go to Tools - Addins, and try to locate it there and enable.
