Need Help ( Complicated IF function - Maybe- )

Not exactly what you asked for, but I had lots of fun creating this macro. Have a look if still interested.

I will not post the code here, because it is quite lenghty. Also the macro is range specific, meaning, if you move the data to another location, it will not work.

You can manually enter values in billed amount, paid amount and amount i've, then click on the associated button to pay back that certain person.

If amount i've is zero or negative or the debt is currently zero a message box appears and the macro is stopped.

Thanks a lot bro, Actually you got what I want, due to large amount of data I can't utilize it through the macro you provided. if this can be achieved through formulas would be much appreciated. Thanks
( Actually I'm working with a telecom company and in postpaid department, so their total dues ( Amounts I've) in above example is provided to me by IT department, then I have to manually divide that amount per month for companies, if their August's dues became zero then adjust the remaining amount to september and when their september dues are clreared add the remaining amount to its next month....)

Does pjwhitfield's solution work for you?

I assumed that the macro will not work for you, because most of the time the amount of data that needs to be processed is huge and this kind of macro doesn't even come close to large scale data processing. Anyway, as I mentioned before, I'm a beginner when it comes to VBA and this macro was fun to write and good practice for me

it should check the amount in the left most REMAINING colum, if it was zero then should start dividing the remaining amount I've to its next cell.
