and sheet B with this

here is what I need, I want to move all the cost from sheet B to sheet A side by side (adding to the next column)
there are thousand of ROW, The NUMBER / LABEL / ACCOUNT Have many different content, but some are the same like I put on above sample,
The problem is, with the same NUMBER / LABEL and ACCOUNT, there is many different COST,
is it possible for me to lookup those NUMBER/LABEL/ACCOUNT in SHEET B and have a result of all COST list and put into SHEET A, so it the result will be look like this

No need to be sorted but at least all COST is listed,
