    Pivot table formula help

    Hi,

    I'm not sure how to put a queries per customer field in my pivot table. I have stripped down the pivot to a basic form which explains the problem. I need a no of queries per customer field which is basically the type of query/divided by the no of unique customers who logged that query.

    I'd rather have the field calculated from within the pivot table but if needs must then I can add an extra column field in the source data. I just can't seem to think how to do it. Can you anybody help, It seems as if I need a countif with a match or it;

    Thanks in advance

    SOURCE DATA
    customer query
    a ltd failed machine

    b ltd payment query
    b ltd failed machine
    c ltd payment query
    f ltd failed machine
    e ltd upgrade query
    sa ltd upgrade query
    q ltd failed machine
    dfasdf ltd failed machine
    b ltd upgrade query
    c ltd failed machine
    b ltd upgrade query
    e ltd failed machine
