    Complicated Count formula problem

    Hi there,

Okay so, I'm working on a training report to show which employees have not completed all essential training. On tab 1 I have a training report and on tab 2 I have a statistical report. In order to show who has not completed the training, I need to write a formula on tab 2 that counts blanks in a specific column on tab 1, but only count if the workers job title is a Social Care Worker (this particular course is only relevant to that job role).

So far I have =COUNTIF('Training Records'!E18:E176,"Social Care Worker (Home Care)") but thats obviously just half of it.

I cant work out how to then get it to count blanks in another column, given that that column shows more than just Social Care Workers data.

I've attached an example with all the sensitive data removed. The rows / columns in question are highlighted in yellow.

I appreciate any help you can offer me.
    Thanks.

Sorry, I probably didnt explain very well.

I need to count the blanks in the Risk Assessment column - AN, but only blanks for Social Care Workers - column E, as Risk assessment training is only relevant to SCW.
