    =INT((C5-B5+WEEKDAY(B5,1)+1)/7)
    Here is a simple formula

    That won't work in all cases, if B5 is a Saturday it overcounts by 1

    This is the version I use

    =INT((WEEKDAY(B5-6)+C5-B5)/7)

    The 6 can be changed to count any day you choose from 1=Sun to 7=Sat
