Unhappy IF statement with OR not returning second condition.. GAHHH.

    Hi all,

I have a roster which I want to create a customised daily attendance sheet from. I've done a HLOOKUP which displays who's on site with a number and those you are not with "RR" in column E. I have then done the forumla; =IF(OR(E8>0),"On-site","RR") in column D where I want their "site status" projected however it's saying those who have RR in colum E are On-site.

Any help would be appreciated, I've been pulling my hair out over this!!
