Text Lookup and Returns Total Value of all in Range

Hello! I'm looking for some help on the attached. I haven't had to use excel formulas for a while and am definitely rusty! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

If you remove the colons from the lookup values in A15:A18 (change JT1: to just JT1)

Then use this in B15 and filled down.
=SUMIF($A$2:$A$12,A15,$B$2:$B$12)
