formula to scan array on a worksheet for data entered in another worksheet

I am working with a registration worksheet and three arrival information worksheets: car arrival, plane arrival, train arrival. There is a “yes/no” column in the registration worksheet to indicate if a person’s arrival information has been received.

What would be a formula that would scan the car arrival, plane arrival and train arrival worksheets for a person’s first and last name that has been entered in the registration sheet and one of the arrival information sheets, and return yes or no in the “yes/no arrival information received” column on the registration page?
