Sum Of Moving Annual Total

Hi there

I am trying to calculate sum of sales and sum of retail based on a moving annual total. I think I am nearly there however I am having trouble linking the formula to the date ranges instead of manually typing them into the formula.

In the attached spreadsheet the cells I need to calculate are highlighted in yellow and need to be based from the cell range highlighted in red. If you look at cell G9 you can see that I have manually added the date range which works fine except that I need them to update automatically as F9 and F10 update.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
