Mod to a working formula to return zero instead of "false"

Hi folks

Here is my current formula

it works fine when the IF AND portion is TRUE but I want it to return "0" instead of FALSE when the IF AND is FALSE

Haven't been able to make it happen-not unsurprizingly

try to put double neg like
= --IF(AND($D2="F",$E2="H"),SUMPRODUCT(COU....

or maybe just put a 0 on the false part at the end

=.....*COUNTIFS($Q$1:$BU$1,FH!$C$2:$C$1600,Input!$Q2:$BU2,1)),0)
