If formula that shows hours within first instance of range

Hi, I was looking to find out if it is possible to write an if formula that will look through a column range and if any duplicate values are found in that range then this will add a 0, otherwise it will add the value that is found in the next column.

I am not sure if that could be written, but an example of the data that I have is shown below.

ID | Hours
A | 31
B | 26
C | 32.6
D | 24.5
E | 32
E | 32
F | 14
G | 13.5

The formula I would like to write should show me the following:

Formula
31
26
32.6
24.5
32
0
14
13.5

This would then allow me to only take 1 value for hours.

If somebody could please advise.
