Production Plan - Split a number to days according to another celll amount

I am trying to make a production schedule will sort the numbers according to daily max capacity and total production will be made.

Between F and AM
- I want to sort order value according to max daily capacity
- I want to fill cells same color as B
- Ignore notes, I wrote them to show you what i need
