Formula to Automatically Populate Cells based on Date and Headcount Input

Hi All,

I hope you can help with my query.

I have a table which shows resources against a project. The input variables include:
Headcount / Full Time Equivalent (FTE) - Column I
The Start and End Date - Column J and K
The Net Work Days (End Day less Start Day) - Column L

I have a adjacent table which shows the forecast days by week - Column O to AA.

The days are shown in cells O6:AA10

Can you please advice me what formula I can use in cell O6:AA10, which would automatically update to days based on the input variables from in Column I to L? At the moment I am manually inputting the days by week and I would like this to be automated.
