I have a spreadsheet I am using to track equipment that will be needed for a new hospital.

I have individual detail sheets for each piece of equipment. I then have these linked to a summary sheet for quick sorting. My issue is once I get a piece of equipment that is located in more than one room, my link to the summary sheet does not have a way to update. Any tips on how I could automate this?

I have attached screen shots of my two different sheets (Although I have multiple detail sheets)
