Combine multiple rows into one row

I was assisting someone at work where I was stumped by this -

We have a table that looks like this -

    StudentId Major Status Census EOT
    Student0001 Biology Census 1
    Student0001 Biology Registration Cutoff 1
    Student0002 English Census 1
    Student0002 English Registration Cutoff 1
    Student0003 PolSci Census 1

What I am trying to combine multiple based on student ID in one line - you can see that it has Registration Cutoff and it shoul dhave one in EOT column.

Or just move Registration Cutoff to a column in the first row instead of a separate row.
