formula to calculate value based on corresponding number in relation to all numbers.

I am trying to find a formula that will calculate a value from 0.1 to 1.0 based on a corresponding number. I need the formula to create a value that is proportional to all the corresponding numbers. For example: If A1=20, A2=40, A3=10, A4=30, A5=50. I need the formula to calculate the value in B1=.25, B2=.75, B3=.1, B4=.5, B5=1.0. The numbers in the A column will be larger and not rounded as in my example.

If the range is from 0.1 to 1.0 and A5=50, which in the example is the largest number, it would calculate to 1.0, A3=10, being the lowest number would calculate to 0.1.
