COUNT INDIRECT and ROW functions used to create dynamic consolidated list

    Hi,
I created dynamic consolidated list using formulas listed in title.

When lists contain numbers everything is fine, but when I put text #VALUE! error occur only in 3rd list.

Hope I wrote clearly. If not everything is nice shown in attached excel file.
