Index with double match

Hi guys!

I have the following data:

ID Number Age Gender Birthdate Income
IX0010 25 Female 25/9/1990 20000
IZ1020 30 Male 25/9/1991 30000
KE0202 35 Female 23/1/1970 40000
POLNO1 25 Female 10/10/1980 50000
LQ320 30 Male 4/3/1960 60000

I need a function which... will return the "Income" value, in case let's say ID Number is IZ1020 and Age is 30.

I 've tried with index and match with nested if but no luck....

Assuming your criteria (ID Number is IZ1020 and Age is 30) are in F1 and F2:
