Populate Cells based on 1 Criteria and date range

This video can help you do just that. You'll need to change your code to be able to filter criteria based on date however.

See the attached workbook for a possible solution without VBA. You'll have to enter the dates manually, or choose from a dropdown, but it works. I also stopped the update at 200 rows on the Populate sheet for data management, but you can pull it down to 4004 if need be.

Also note that I had to delete about half your data on Raw to be able to fit the upload size criteria, so you'll have to enter that back in as well.
