Combining V Lookup with Conditional Formatting

I've put this as the title but it may not be the ideal solution.

I'm trying to simply highlight a cell in a certain colour if it recognises the data is identical to that in another worksheet.

    See attached spreadsheet example

In the Results Tab I want the following cells to be filled with a colour, Apple, Banana, Grape, Pineapple and Lemon. Orange and Lime are not in the Data Sheet so won't be highlighted.

I've tried to insert a VLookup into the Conditional Formatting but I think V LookUps are looking for 0 and 1's not text.

    Can anyone offer a solution?

    Thank you

Place the cursor in A2 cell of result sheet.

Extend the selection down upto A8 Cell.

Press Alt+O+D and replace your current formula with the below one

    =COUNTIF('Data Sheet'!A:A,A2)

    Give apply>>Ok...

Ensure that the activecell should be A2 cell in your selection. Because the above formula refers to A2 as Active cell.
