How to insert a new ROW between other rows

Guys hello. I need your help.

I need to insert new rows between others. When I input data in a certain cell I want automatically to insert a new row underneath when I press enter and simultaneously moves the rest rows down. Like this, I will work faster. I want this formula be active in one column only.
