Formula to lookup with multiple criteria including greater/less than

Hi all. Looking for some help with a formula to lookup using multiple criteria, including greater/less than criteria. The data set looks like this:

In my query section, I want to be able to enter the following information (columns A-C) and have my formula return the price (column D):

So the formula should look for a match on Product and Condition, and a Date that is greater than or equal to Start and less than or equal to End. I am sure that there is a way to do this using an array formula with Index and Match, but I can't get it (although I am not wedded to that type of formula).

    All help greatly appreciated!

    I'd recommend SUMPRODUCT or LOOKUP.

Thanks daffodil11. After I posted my question, I kept working on it, and I actually got it to work using a SUMIFS formula. Because there is only one entry that corresponds with a given Product/Condition/Start/End combination, I was able to just sum all the matching prices. As usual in Excel, multiple ways to get the job done! I'd still love to see how to do it with Index/Match though...
