Assign # of days to a number in a cell

Hi
I have created a spreadsheet to keep track of patient follow-up dates based on a radiologist's interpretation of test results. The Radiologist's recommendation is represented by a category: ,1,2,3, 4A. I want to assign each category a number of days (signifying days until follow up). 1=365, 2=365, 3=180, and 4A=90.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe like this? the lookup table can be hidden, or put on another sheet, etc.
