Cannot get correct data from database

1. Problem ONE
I have database, Sheet "Data page"

In sheet "Work page" I paste code number in column 3 and quantity of work in column 11, then excel with formula fills automatically columns 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14

I use this king of formula: =INDEX('Data page'!$A$1:$K$10007;MATCH($E11;'Data page'!$A$1:$A$10007;0);MATCH('Data page'!$B$1;'Data page'!$A$1:$I$1;0))

BUT I have problem with percentage in column 12 and 13, formula takes only first row of percentage, but I need it to takes percentage depending of calculated quantity in column 11. If changing quantity, then changing also percentage in column 12 an 13 for each code (column 3) different.

Have can I do it?

2. Problem TWO

I want to make column 2 in sheet "Work page" with drop down list like, when I choose in drop down list text, after selecting in cell it shows only number for this text.
And is it possible, when click on drop down list, it is opening wider than cells width, so you can see all text width in drop down list, without changing cells widht?
