text to excel columns

Hope I word this correctly.

When I copy text from words to excel. How do I filter(delete) commas, periods and/or special characters?
I did this before just don't remember, something with delimiter maybe?

Ex:
"jack", "jill", "johnny", "joe", "jaque",

Jack would go on A1, Jill would go on A2 and so on without the comma's or quotes.

Yep! that's what I'm looking for. Ahhhh delimited, not delimiter.

Now only if I can open the attachment from poster helping me yesterday question which would continue from this question.

Now I have to work on a macro looking for names that exist more than 2. 2 is ok, >2 is flagged.
