Excel- text to columns

See attached. I used Data > Text-to-Columns and it seemed to work fine.

In the Text-to-columns wizard, I chose comma as the delimeter, and then set all columns to Text on the last screen (not General).

After the text was separated, I then selected all of the columns with numeric data and changed the cell formatting to number. (I also multiplied all of those cells by 1 to force them to numbers.)
