Finding price with duplicate Quantity values

Attempting to use index/match function to find Price in Col A using Quantity in Col B. Both Cols can be updated. Col B could shrink or grow, starting in any row 3 to 35.

The user will see Desired Quantity in Col F (linked to row B) and Price in Col G or H which I can't get working properly.

Please Help.
